Please be honest with your answers as this is important for us to remain compliant with government guidelines & keep everyone visiting the salon safe!
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please try to give at least 24 hours notice, this enables another client to take the space.
Failure to attend an appointment you have booked will result in forfeiture of any booking fees already paid. If you wish to rebook a new booking fee will be due to secure your next appointment.
