Appointment Confirmation & Notification
Upon booking an appointment with Perfected Tips you will be sent an email confirming the time and date you have selected. Should you need to amend this, you can do by entering your Fresha profile within the app on your mobile phone/browser.
Alternatively if you need to cancel outside of the 24 hours notice required please call my mobile.
A reminder text will be sent 24 hours prior to your appointment and although this is a handy piece of technology, it may fail from time to time, so please understand it is still your responsibility to ensure you do not miss an appointment to avoid refused services, missed appointments, and potential fees as a result.
Please arrive to your appointments ALONE & ONLY when I contact you to notify you I am ready for you.
PLEASE ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT ALONE, NO CHILDREN OR FRIENDS.
Upon arrival it is important for you to wash your hands with the products and tools provided before the treatment can proceed, there will be;
- An automatic soap dispenser
- Disposable towel dispenser
- Clean disposable masks for you to use if you do not have one already
- Fresh warm water on your arrival
*If you have been advised not to wear a mask, please do let me know as an alternative measure will need to be assessed before an appointment can be confirmed.
Unfortunately due to Covid19, I am unable to offer any walk in appointments at this time. The door will be locked during opening hours. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Child Safety Policy
We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in the salon. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation and salon experience of our other guests. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no children under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children.
Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately the salon can not service children under the age of 15, Children ages 15 & 16 will require parental permission, for insurance purposes. Please pop into the salon for the necessary documents & if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask.
We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing, jewellery, phones, and accessories.
Please leave all unnecessary items at home, you may bring your phone and purse but they must be placed in the provided locker during treatment.
We reserve the right to change prices and services at any time without notification.
Sorry, we do not accept personal cheques but we do accept contactless payments via apple/android pay, we also accept most major cards such as;
– American Express
– V pay
– Visa Electron
I will only be accepting card payment or bank transfers at this time, sorry for any inconvenience.
Gratuity (tipping) is up to the discretion of each client. It is greatly appreciated but not compulsory!
Gift Cards / Gift Certificates
Gift cards and gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift cards and gift certificates are non-refundable.
If you need to amend, reschedule or cancel your appointment please contact me asap.
Please note: 24 hours notice is required in order to amend or cancel your appointment/s, this enables me to offer the appointment to another client. You may need to change your appointment for what ever reason, we do understand things can pop up or plans change as much notice as possible is appreciated.
A 50% non-refundable booking fee will be required for all appointments booked. I will confirm the appointment & the booking fee total on receipt of your booking.
Any advance payments received prior to the appointment will be deducted from the total at the end of your treatment on the day.
I will allow one transfer of this booking fee should you need to rearrange your appointments in extreme circumstances, any missed appointments with no contact attempted will not be refunded as this is time wasted.
Retail products may be returned or exchanged with an original receipt within 14 days. We do not offer or apply credit toward services for returned merchandise.
- If you are unhappy with a service please try to make contact with us regarding your issue. We will ALWAYS try to rectify the problem first.
- I do not offer refunds for nail services but I will offer to fix/repair/redo like for like only.
- When a repair or new set is offered as a replacement an appointment MUST be made within 1 week of 1st contact, you MUST also attend this appointment WITHOUT cancelling.
Perfected Tips only ever asks for personal or sensitive information relative to the treatment/s or booking/s. Perfected Tips uses a secure online booking system which holds relevant information but does not share any of your details with any other person or organisation.
Upon booking at Perfected Tips you give permission for your contact details to be used to create a client ID and any information relevant to your service/treatment at the time of consultation will be kept private.
Your information is kept for approx. 7 years from the last date you received treatment/s as recommended by my insurance company. Your information is kept secure, you have the right to view this information at any time.
