Appointment confirmation & Notification

I use FRESHA Appointments at Perfected Tips, when booking please keep an eye out for any notifications from myself or FRESHA.

Should you need to amend your appointment once booked, please log in to your account to see or make changes. I require 48 hour’s notice for any cancellations, so that I may offer the appointment to another client.

**Cancellation charges may apply if cancelling outside of this window.

Perfected Tips holds no responsibility for lost notifications, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment you booked.

**Missed appointments may result in services being refused in the future or potential fees as a result of a NO-SHOW.


*Please attend your appointment alone, unless you require personal assistance.

*Please sanitise your hands once you arrive, I supply sanitiser for you on the table as you walk in.

I am not responsible for your personal belongings, please come to your appointment with minimal personal items.

*Children – This time you book is time to relax & unwind, as much as I love children (having 3 of my own), their health is a priority! The salon has many products & equipment that are dangerous to a child if they got hold of anything, so it is best to find a sitter for these occasions.

Children under 16:

Please note, I allow people from the age of 13 to have some nail services. Children must be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of the appointment.

Children who are 13+ are permitted to have the following services during the school Holidays ONLY;

 The Perfect Mani

 The Perfect Pedi

Gel polish (Fingers or Toes)

Brow Wax (No Tint)

Nail art on top of Gel polish


Young Adults aged 16+ there are no service restrictions.

16 to 18 year olds should pop in with a parent to discuss & collect the necessary permission forms before booking in.



My prices may vary from time to time in order to keep up with rising costs.

Contactless, cash, or pre payment is accepted.

Gratuity (tipping) is up to the discretion of each client. It is greatly appreciated but not compulsory!

Gift Cards / Gift Certificates

Gift cards and gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift cards and gift certificates are non-refundable.

Booking/Cancellations fees

If you need to amend, reschedule or cancel your appointment please contact me asap.


Unopened retail products may be returned or exchanged with an original receipt within 14 days. I do not offer or apply credit toward services for returned merchandise.

  • If you are unhappy with a service please try to make contact with me regarding your issue.  I will ALWAYS try to rectify the problem first.
  • I do not offer refunds for nail services but I will offer to fix/repair/redo like for like only.
  • When a repair or new set is offered as a replacement an appointment MUST be made within 1 week of 1st contact, you MUST also attend this appointment WITHOUT cancelling.

Privacy policy

Perfected Tips only ever asks for personal or sensitive information relative to the treatment/s or booking/s. Perfected Tips uses a secure online booking system which holds relevant information but does not share any of your details with any other person or organisation.

Upon booking at Perfected Tips you give permission for your contact details to be used to create a client ID and any information relevant to your service/treatment at the time of consultation will be kept private.

Your information is kept for approx. 7 years from the last date you received treatment/s as recommended by my insurance company. Your information is kept secure, you have the right to view this information at any time.
